Green Japanese Maple
The Green Japanese Maple (Acer Palmatum) tree is an upright small ornamental species and a great tree for the Northwest as it prefers a cool, moist climate with ample rainfall. It provides beautiful autumn foliage and interesting leaf shape and texture. Maples maek a great specimen tree in the landsacape and can also provide shade during the growing season. Mature height to 20 feet.
Red Japanese Maple
The Red Japanese Maple is an upright small ornamental tree with great color. It prefers a cool, moist climate so it is a great tree for the Pacific Northwest. The delicate leaf shape and texture is interesting and the dark red leaves in spring turn to a brighter red in the fall. Can be grown in full sun or partial shade and low maintenance and can be pruned as needed. Makes a wonderful street tree, along driveways, or as specimen tree for color among the natural green of a landscape. Mature height to 20 feet tall.
Western Red Cedar
The Western Red Cedar is an evergreen, coniferous tree native to North America. A large aromatic tree with attractive swooping branches and pyramidal shape. Growth rate is moderate, and can reach impressive heights so it does better in larger landscapes with the room it needs to grow. Can be used as a privacy hedge, wind-break, or a single specimen tree. Also a great choice for landscape restoration areas. Can tolerate sunny or shady areas and moist soil.
Emerald Green
The Emerald Green is an evergreen tree with a natural pyramidal shape. These make excellent screening trees, or small hedges. They can reach 15 feet with a spread of 2-3 feet at maturity-however, they can be pruned to desired heights. It is a hardy plant that grows well in ordinary soil and likes lots of sun. They like a moist atmosphere so they do especially well in the Northwest.

Leyland Cypress
The Leyland Cypress is a fast growing evergreen tree primarily used for privacy screening. It can grow 2-3 feet per year so it is a good choice for quick screening. Typical placement for a privacy hedge is 5-10 feet apart as needed. These can grow up to 60 feet tall and 25 feet wide, so they are best planted where they can have room to grow. Prefers well drained soil, and full sun to partial shade.
Dwarf Mt Hemlock
Mountain Hemlock is an interesting evergreen tree with an irregular shape that can create a beautiful focal point in the garden. While they grow naturally at high elevations they do well in lowland gardens, and add a wonderful alpine feel to the landscape. They can be planted in groupings of uneven numbers or as a single specimen tree. These slow-growing conifers grow to 20 feet in lowland landscapes, and require little maintenace.
Dwarf Alpine Fir
The Dwarf Alpine fir is a conifer with blue evergreen foliage that is a great choice for smaller landscapes as the growth rate is very slow. Low maintenance as it doesn’t need pruning, and it will eventually get 10-15′ at full maturity. It is a nice accent tree for those small garden areas, or group several together for informal screening.
Smoke Tree
This plant is a large deciduous accent shrub or small tree. Beautiful dark purple leaves and wispy pinkish/purplish seed clusters add a dramatic flair to the landscape. This is a moderate grower reaching 15 feet tall at maturity. likes sun and well draind soil.
Cedrus Deodar
Deodar cedar is a beautiful evergreen with gray-green foliage and graceful, arching branches. Makes a beautiful accent tree and can be used as a border screening for privacy also. Can Reach 40 feet at maturity in landscape setting.
